Refund Policy

GREEN ELECTRIC SCOOTERS

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Goods must be accompanied with order number.
  • Goods must be in their original manufacturers packaging.
  • Goods must not be used in any way.
  • Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.

How To Cancel A Purchase

You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase / return the goods in “as new” condition, at which point we will provide you with our returns form and upon completion of this form you may return the goods to us. Green Electric Scooters defines “as new” as unused, boxed in original packaging and including any accessories in their original packaging and condition. We may refuse to accept a return or deduct from the refund any reasonable amount in the event that goods returned are not “as new”.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return the goods.

We will inform you of any applicable charges before you return the goods to us, as is our obligation.

Getting A Refund

We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.

Your refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
